Every year, EWIT (Empowered Women in Trades) hosts their flagship Gala Awards Night, a powerful celebration honouring women in trades across Australia.
But behind the scenes? It was complex.
They needed to:
Sell individual and group tickets
Collect sponsorship payments
Organise award nominations for 10 different categories
Handle lots of moving parts with a small team
In the past, they used Humanitix, Google Forms, and a patchwork of admin systems.It worked, but it was clunky, time-consuming, and hard to scale.
